HomeCare Services are designed to help you remain in your own home and “Age in Place”! HomeCare Services can be provided wherever home may be; ie a Senior Living Community or a stand-alone Home. Services Provided include: Supervision and Companionship, Transportation, Errands, Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders, Bathing, Showering, Toileting, and help with Mobility Issues. Care and supervision may be offered for “End of life Support”, so you can live and pass peacefully in your own home. Visits may range from a few hours a week, up to 24 hours per day. HomeCare Services work in collaboration with Home Health and Hospice Services. Funding for HomeCare Services may be available in the form of Long Term Care Insurance, Medicaid Programs,Veteran’s Benefits and Grants.
