To estimate how much your home is worth, we compare recently sold homes in your neighborhood that are similar to yours. (Also, condition and the level of demand plays a big role too.)
How should I sell my home? Do I need to have my home home cleared out before selling?

What if I am confused on the process?

Yes you can. Selling your house as-is condition means the buyer will take the property in its exact current condition.
How will I manage to get through all my belongings after living here for so many years?
We know people who can help assist you. They will help you go through your belongings one room at a time and make a giveaway pile or a keep sake pile.
How much do you charge?
Our commission is typically 6% of a home's sale price - that is shared with the buyer's agent.
However, our commission is always negotiable through this program.
